We'll meet Michael Wood, Chief Fitness Officer of Koko FitClub, at 8am in Section One. Everyone works at their own pace! We are usually there for about an hour... it's an amazing way to start your Saturday. Please join us!
Koko FitClub members have embraced a new fitness life and want to share it with friends, family, and community members! We'll be taking our fitness out of the clubs to do some hiking, some stadium stair workouts, some local 5Ks, and maybe even some paddling! Sometimes we'll be out on our own and other times we'll be linking up with other groups like LL Bean Mansfield for a new adventure! We're looking forward to expanding our fitness lives to our local communities, so join us for some fitness, fun, and friends!
