Hello, my mother, Thelma Harris has brewed kombucha for over 4 years. When she began, she shared it with family and friends, giving them each a quart. Now she prepares it for each by the gallon once every 2-3 weeks. She has perfected her brew.

I'm sorry I can't attend the meeting the 18th, as I'm working in Georgia this week, & then I'm in Nebraska for the two weeks after that. But I really enjoyed the first meeting, & hope to be able to attend another soon. Happy New Year!
