To teach Culture Lovers how to make homemade kombucha. If you recall, in 2010 Kombucha was pulled from the shelves because it was rumored to contain an alcohol content of .05% or greater. When kombucha returned, sadly to say but the quality was noticeably different.  Well, learn how to make your own great tasting kombucha.  You will find that the taste (richer) is better than store bought kombucha.  We decided to give kombucha classes because we have received so many inquiries from individuals wanting to learn how to make it.  We have been brewing kombucha for four years and have learned all of the do's and dont's.  We will also give advanced classes on infusing flavors into your kombucha, such as ginger.  Our kombucha can be found at The Legal Cafe a/k/a/ Chicago's Legal Cafe located at 1338 W. Madison Street, Chicago, IL 60607.  All of our classes will be held there.
