No matter where we grew up, what kind of community we lived in, or what kind of adoptive family we had, we share the common trait of having been adopted from Korea as infants/youngsters sometime between the 1950's and now. There are several hundred thousand of us scattered all over the U.S. and other countries that helped fight in the Korean War. This group is for Korean adoptees of all nationalities to meet, share their experiences, and have some good ol' fashioned fun. We'll dine, drink, talk, and attend Korean cultural events here in southern California. I moved here from Seattle a couple of years ago and left my network of Korean adoptee friends and acquaintances behind. I have met a few since moving here, but there must be more of you out there and I'd love to meet you and swap stories.
