Yu Chun Chic Naengmyun (Not BBQ!)

From time to time, I like to host some non-BBQ events, so I'd like to try Yu Chun again.

I dine here about once a year, and I think some of you might like it.

A special favorite of mine on their menu is Naengmyun, one of those indescribably yummy cold noodle dishes that can only emerge out of a hot, humid climate. Specifically, they are known for mool nangmyun and kimchi mandu (dumplings).

Don't worry about it. We'll probably return later in the summer.
