AYCE KBBQ at Gui Il Bun Ji

All you can eat Korean BBQ.  We will decide which option (there are various price levels available) to take when we eat there but it's safe to assume we will take the highest level option, so bring $25 minimum cash to be safe, more if you plan to order drinks.  I've never been here but I hear the meat quality is good.  They use dome-style grills (like Honey Pig does).  Early 6PM dinner to avoid crowds and waits.   Small group of 6 max, so no need to make a table reservation.

For what you get it's a good deal. They discount for cash which is pretty nice. Hopefully other tables in the restaurant aren't as stinky (like a homeless person slept there) as the one we happened to get (but most people didn't notice or care about the stink). They are also the only place I know yet in Koreatown that serves Pork Jowl (some may better recognize this as Guanciale) but we didn't try it this evening.

Apologies all. No idea how this became a yes RSVP. I've been booked for tomorrow for months

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
