This will be a duck-only meetup. Plan accordingly if you don't care for the rich deliciousness of duck, K-Town style!
Since I am an equal opportunity omnivore, there is no type of meat I won't try once.
I love duck; however, outside of Christmas dinner and the LA Asian Foodies Duck Battle, I don't eat it very often. It's a shame, really, because I definitely like a well prepared duck dish from any country's cuisine.
Imagine my surprise and delight when one of Jonathan Gold's recommendations was a Korean BBQ where duck is the star.
