Well, I have to be honest and say that it was because of Rain in Ninja Assassin. He's so cute ^_^ I saw it last year in april. It was a combination of him and Hangul. I've always wanted to be bilingual. It was just a matter of whick language I would learn. I've taken japanese and spanish in school, but it didn't work out too well. So I wanted a fresh start, and Korean looked easy to learn(or at least that's what I kept telling myself, to keep from giving up.) The Hangul took no time at all, so I put all my efforts into korean. The first thing I realized about the culture just from the Korean people I had met, is how giving and hospitable it is. The language is so logical and very simple to put together. I like that there are few exceptions to rules. I love Korean Male fashion. I think the classic tailored or fitted look is awesome!
I'd say I'm an advanced beginner or a beginner-intermediate. Right on the edge between Beginner and Intermediate. I know enough to be out of the beginner stage as far as listening. I technically know how to say alot of intermediate stuff, however I'm very slow with it, because I have no one to practice the intermediate with.
Well, I'm into music business, and like writing songs. Most people never guess this about anyone but I'm not afraid of public speaking(in my native language). Alot of people fear public speaking more than death, but it doesn't bother me at all. Lol I hope that wasn't too lame of an answer.
No I've never visited :( But me and my friends are hoping to go next September 2012.
