Say Yes! to Life! Kundalini Yoga Saturday

Now, you can take a Kundalini Yoga class 5 times a week!

We are still meeting every Saturday at 11a at Satya Yoga for a 75-minute class! 

Saturdays, 11a-12:15p, Satya Yoga, 6333 Odana Road, Madison 53719 ($13 drop-in/$99 for 10-class pass.)


Monday and Wednesdays, 5:30-6:30p

Tuesday and Thursdays, 12n-12:45p (45-minute lunch renewal class!)

Raw Materials Wellness Center, 408 E. Wilson, Downtown Madison ($15 drop-in/$135 10-class pass and currently 40% off your first pass.)


This week, we'll leave stress behind and connection inward to the source of happiness and joy. 

It's easy to get lost in the busyness of modern life, but having time to reconnect is vital to health and peace of mind.

                                 Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness!

Kundalini is a deeply healing form of yoga that has helped me, and many of my students and healing clients, so I am very excited to be offering it on the west side.

Each class contains exercises, meditation, conscious breathing techniques and deep relaxation. It is known as the yoga of awareness, and it effectively eases out subconscious patterns that get in the way of realizing life’s fullest potential!

What to expect:  Each class contains a kriya, or set of exercises, plus segments of relaxation and meditation. It is deeply healing and suitable for all body types and sizes. Modification are offered if needed.

What to bring: Bring a yoga mat and, if you like, a blanket or light cover-up for the relaxation portion of class.
