Kundalini yoga is an ancient wisdom, a science and a technology that have proven to helped people through the ages. Until 1969 it was a secret wisdom that was taught only to the select elite students. In 1969 Yogi Bhajan came to the U.S. and started to teach kundalini yoga publicly for the first time in history.

Reiki is energy healing where I channel Universal/Divine energy for the healings of others. The healing is here again on many levels - physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. It is a very pure, gentle, and nurturing form of healing that can only be used for positive purposes.

Kundalini yoga & reiki have done wonders for me in the past 10 years and have helped me (as well as thousands of other people around the world) live a happy, healthy, and holy, as well as an abundant life! It is in this spirit that I, as a Reiki Master & Kundalini yoga teacher, share these gifts with you...

In each meetup event I will teach a Kundalini Yoga light kriya (action) for a specific purpose, which has had proven results. After the kriya we will do few minutes of deep relaxation, and a meditation.
After the kundalini yoga portion of the meetup, I will share some reiki energy, or we will do a reiki circle if there are other reiki practitioners in the room.
We will conclude each meetup with a projected healing song to share the blessings.
