One of the traditions of Kundalini Yoga is numerology, a system that allows us to understand our life and self with greater depth. This week, the second in our thirteen-week series on Blessings Code Numerology, we'll explore the significance of the number 1, which represents the soul body. We are all gorgeous little snowflakes with a unique harmonic imprint, and balancing the soul body connects us with that spirit of individuality. Keys to bringing this energy body into balance include putting the heart over the head, raising the kundalini, and smiling. Come on down to enjoy a fun set that will put a smile in your heart.
