Yoga at the Historic Y: Numerology Series, 2

One of the traditions of Kundalini Yoga is numerology, a system that allows us to understand our life and self with greater depth. This week, the third in our thirteen-week series on Blessings Code Numerology, we'll explore the significance of the number 2, which represents the negative mind. The negative mind leads our soul body into relationship with the world, with others, and with the infinite. It allows our creative energies to find form and provides the gift of discernment, allowing us to make safe choices. The negative mind can be toned through discipline and balanced through relationships built on integrity. Our set will help bring out all the best qualities of the second body, channeling our longing to belong toward its richest expression.

Although this series builds on the concepts learned in previous weeks, it's fine to jump in midstream. Come for all thirteen weeks or dip in whenever the time is right for you. Price is $7-$10 drop-in (sliding scale), four-class punch card for $25, or eight-class punch card for $45. Pay with cash or check on the day of class, or contact me at erin AT wilcoxediting.com or (520)[masked] to make an advance reservation using Paypal. Parking is available in the lot behind the building (off Herbert), on the east side of Fifth Ave., and in the lot at the corner of 4th Street and Arizona Avenue, one half block south and one block west of The Historic Y. Mats and blankets are available, but you may wish to bring your own mat, water, shawl, and a pillow for maximum comfort. Also consider bringing a reusable travel mug. Yogi tea will be served after class.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
