One of the traditions of Kundalini Yoga is numerology, a system that allows us to understand our life and self with greater depth. This week in our series on Blessings Code Numerology, we'll explore the significance of the number 4, which relates to the neutral mind. The neutral mind is the last of the three mental bodies, and the arbiter of the positive (3) and negative (2) minds. The neutral mind organizes and filters input not only from the other two mental bodies but all the other nine bodies. A strong 4 can be a great listener and attain a wonderful balance of love, compassion, and detachment. This week, we'll practice a powerful duo of meditations to buff up the neutral mind: the first throws the emergency brake to reverse all negativity, the second attracts prosperity and shows the way forward.
