Yoga at the Historic Y: Transforming Misfortune

This third week in our prosperity series features a powerful yoga set that helps transform misfortune into abundance. When we experience what we perceive to be misfortune in life, we often feel emotions that, left unprocessed, block us from the natural flow of prosperity. This set helps move and release feelings like anger and resentment, creating a state of shuniya, or emptiness, in their place. In this state of shuniya, we attract all the resources we need.

This series is appropriate for all levels, whether you are new to yoga or a long-time practitioner. Price is $7-$10 drop-in (sliding scale), four-class punch card for $25, or eight-class punch card for $45. Pay with cash or check on the day of class, or contact me at erin AT or (520)[masked] to make an advance reservation using Paypal. Parking is available in the lot behind the building (off Herbert) and on the east side of Fifth Ave. If you park elsewhere in the area, please read posted signs closely. Mats and blankets are available, but you may wish to bring your own mat, water, shawl, and a pillow for maximum comfort. Also consider bringing a reusable travel mug. Yogi tea will be served after class.
