Kundalini Yoga is a yoga of transformation. With a regular practice, you can change your mental and physical state at the cellular level, unlocking your potential and sloughing off old skin so that you can be your truest self. On Monday nights, we get our week started with physical postures that prepare us for a deep meditation designed for a particular effect. Stay tuned for details on this week's kriya and meditation.
This series is appropriate for all levels, whether you are new to yoga or a long-time practitioner. Price is $7-$10 drop-in (sliding scale), four-class punch card for $25, or eight-class punch card for $45. Parking is available in the lot behind the building (off Herbert) and on the east side of Fifth Ave. If you park elsewhere in the area, please read posted signs closely. Mats and blankets are available, but you may wish to bring your own mat, water, shawl, and a pillow for maximum comfort. Also consider bringing a reusable travel mug. Yogi tea will be served after class.
