It is very easy to allow stress to get on top of us in the fast-paced Aquarian Age. Our phones and computer connections are going ever faster, so shouldn't we? In fact, we need to slow down, stay grounded, and strengthen our nervous system to be able to keep up. Our set and meditation this week promote equanimity and glandular balance while enhancing our capacity to store reserve energy. Come join us, do some yoga, and have fun!
This series is appropriate for all levels, whether you are new to yoga or a long-time practitioner. Mats and blankets are available, but you may wish to bring your own mat, water, shawl, and a pillow for maximum comfort. Also consider bringing a reusable travel mug. Yogi tea will be served after class.
