My name is Tama Capellini and I am a Nia dance instructor and am most drawn to Kundalini yoga for a practice.
The breath, the connection to the infinite within, the cosmos, the different kriyas, as a tool to discover my true nature. I love the long time sunshine song, spinal rotations and the gong!
Greeting Tama! Looking forward to meeting you. I think you find moving and dancing in the hoop as much fun and as interesting as I do! Regards, Fran

Hi Tama, Welcome to our temple. If you are interested in meditation our abbot, Ajahn Sarayut, teaches beginning meditation every Sunday at 3 p.m. For all our events and ceremonies click on the Calendar and click on the event for detailed information. We hope you find something of value here at the temple. Ajahn Sarayut actively seeks out Westerners who interested in meditation or Buddhism. You don't have to be a Buddhist to attend any of our events or ceremonies. Namaste, Mary
Sat nam! Looking forward to launching this Yoga at the Y adventure. Glad you can make it!
Wow Tama. What an incredibly kind greeting! Thank you so much for the kind words. I am excited about your meet up and coming to your classes. I think I can come this Wed to your morning class. Can you tell me exactly where the class is located. I have not been to the Dunbar Culture Center before. Looking forward to it! Blessings,
Sat nam, Tama! Sounds like you've come to the right place. Rx-Yoga has a gong, and some of the classes on this list take place there. You'd have to ask each individual instructor if they are planning to use it for a given class. I'll let you know when I have successfully manifested one. Should be anytime now. :)
