I think I learned Hatha yoga, but I have gotten very unhealthy and overweight and am hoping I can still do yoga, but feel I will do better in a group lead setting. I love the pranayama, asanas with stress reducing, effects, the health benefits it brings.
Hi, I am Jodie and before I gained a lot of weight I was very active in yoga, dancing, and biking. I took private yoga for a while and was told I was a natural yogi. It came very easy to me and I want to get back to it.
