This group is for you if you are interested in doing yoga and meditation and meeting like-minded people. Eating yogic style food. Laughing and having fun with your yoga community. Blissing out after yoga or a gong relaxation. Interested in living a healthier life style and incorporating yogic tips. Experiencing personal growth and transformation. These are just a few benefits this group has to offer.

Who are we?  We are a cross section of the diverse practitioners of Kundalini Yoga in San Diego County. 

Our Mission: Our mission is to share the joys of Kundalini Yoga, uplift ourselves and humanity, elevate the consciousness of the planet and to have a personal experience of our own unlimited potential.

Why the Meetup Group?  In the course of the last two years, we have offered dozens of events to the community from several different and diverse hosts. Many of the events are free. The hosts are skilled and experienced Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teachers. The meet up group fits right in with what we are doing anyway and welcomes more of the community to benefit from the awesome events that we offer.

Classes are sometimes by paid admission, by donation or free. They may be held anywhere in San Diego--a studio, a park, perhaps your home. A variety of teachers and events are encouraged.

Our philosophy is the more the merrier, so we hope you join this meet up group and become part of the yoga community and yoga fun.
