Do you have any previous experience in Kundalini yoga?

I am a certified Level 1 Kundalini Yoga (KY) Teacher graduated from San Francisco Kundalini Center in 2014 and have been practice KY since 2012. Presently, I am practicing with Charanpal Kaur and my teaching methods and philosophies are influenced by the teachings of Guru Singh Khalsa, Guru RamDass Bir Singh Khalsa, Japdihr Singh, Kia Miller, and Siri Vedya Singh.

Have you practiced or still practice any other form of yoga?

In addition to KY, I have a daily Hatha Yoga practice where I integrate various Ashtanga Vinyasa postures to build flexibility, endurance, and release any emotional, physical, and psychological blockages. I currently practice with local yoga instructors Mojdeh Zahir, Erika Abrahamian, Jennifer Prugh, Giselle Mari, Daniella Cotreau, and Noell Clark.

Why have you chosen to practice kundalini yoga? What benefits are you hoping to achieve?

In modern age, we are witnessing the explosion of technology and availability of information at the touch of our fingers. With such advancement, our consciousness is being bombarded with massive amount of information. With KY, you will gain the technology to become more present, calm you monkey mind, dissolve your ego, and raising your vibrational frequency! I believe in self transcendence and my teaching intention aims to assist students with reaching their higher self.

Kundalini Yoga Meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan, and Mindfulness.
