We will stretch our bodies, connect breath,movement and mantra ,shake out what no longer serves us to live drumming, Relax Deeply with a crystal bowl sound healing , and do a group mediation with sound current .

Everyone can do it!

Bring water. Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in :) Bring your yoga mat , or borrow one of ours. *Optional ~Bring a pillow to sit on for meditation + a sheet or blanket for deep relaxation :)! Newbies to Yoga are WELCOME :)

    Ana, I'm so sorry we never made it. My friend thought it was for 7:30 so she wasn't ready, by the time we got there it was almost 7:30 and at that point I felt badly going in 30 min late. I didn't want to interrupt.
