Tuesday Formal Kungfu Class!

Weeknight class will be smaller with more INDIVIDUAL ATTENTION and more FOCUS on details than the larger Sunday class, for those that want to IMPROVE ON and GO BEYOND the BASICS of Kungfu! More STRENGTH, FLEXIBILITY and COORDINATION! All are welcomed, including total beginners! If need to show up a little late or leave earlier its totally fine in this formal class, very flexible, and similar to Sunday you will improve at your own pace! Class will be 1.5-2 hours. Can pay by single class or in advance for 10 classes at discount!

FEE: 150 HKD for single class.

WHAT: Formal Kungfu Class! Wear workout clothing, tennis shoes & bring a bottle of water!

WHEN: Tuesday 7:30 pm! After meeting there we will move onto our training area. If rain, no problem, small enough to have indoors!

Natural Style Kungfu, is a unique traditional Chinese Martial Art that uses the entire body in an integrated way to exercise and strengthen your muscles, tendons, and ligaments. Shifu Rudy Ibarra has twenty-six years experience training in martial arts. Ten studying Okinawan Karate where he received two Blackbelts and sixteen studying and teaching Kungfu, four of them spent in China.
