Basic Kungfu Class: Strength, Flexibility and Coordination!

Natural Style Kungfu, is a unique traditional Chinese Martial Art that uses the entire body in an integrated way to exercise and strengthen your muscles, tendons, and ligaments. It incorporates aerobics to build cardiovascular and muscular endurance; shares with yoga an emphasis on strength and flexibility and has qualities of dance as it improves agility and coordination. It is an art form as much as a form of self defense, and is rooted deeply into Chinese culture and philosophy. Simply have fun with a purpose improving your strength, flexibility, coordination and self-defense skills while nourishing qualities of patience, focus, confidence and yes…discipline! Come try it, nothing to lose! Feel free to bring friends, just RSVP for them, hope to see you there!

two hours fly by! Rudy, the teacher, is fabulous and pushes you hard - but not too hard. it's really suitable for all levels, i think everyone can enjoy it, even the most unco-ordinated and unfit, plus the super fit and super flexible will still get a hard work out. Five stars!
