More and more books on wellness are now focusing on knowing your body and your own truth. This is the new wave of wholeness, health can not come from the outside, not from a pill, not from a book, and not from a gym membership. It comes from YOU.
We live in a society that has made us all too reliant on outside methods of getting healthier. It can be a bit overwhelming to make this switch.
And that is why I created this group.
Dance is the most effective way to get in touch with your own sense of "self-improvement". Your body will tell you what you need and how you need to get it.
I will be starting meetups that will teach you methods that will expose your own inner healer to you, that you can use for the rest of your life without having to rely on any one else.
The use of these methods has enabled me to lose fifty pounds of body fat without a gym membership, weight loss coach, or any other gimmick.
