Compton AP EAA & Model Expo

On Sept 27 Compton Airport EAA (Experimental Aircraft Association) will be sponsoring a family and school oriented Airplane and Model Expo (robots too!). They are seeking people, schools and clubs to exhibit, demonstrate and/or fly their models or robots to the public. It is free to exhibitors. The airport will be open for R/C model flying that day. http://aviation4fun.com/EAA_Airplane...odel_Expo.html

    Hi,

I had a really good time watching all the pretty lights on the sky night.

uh oh, bad link to aviation4fun.com in the blurb above. I'm getting 404 errors on attempted browsing that link...

The rc flying for that day is intended for demonstrations and not a fun fly. That said, you can probably 'demonstrate' rc flying in some manner as long as you get approval by Dennis. Keep in mind, it is an airport with a lot of specific rules for flying.

Can I bring a plane to fly? The link seems broken. I guess you have to fill in the ... with the missing " _M" for it to work.
