It's probably a toss up between Gjelina and Osteria Mozza.

The first time I had the sea salt Branzino at Angelini Osteria...I chowed down the whole thing in less than 7 minutes.
Definitely a great fried chicken...either Roscoe's or Knott's Berry Farm's chicken.
Not a great cook...I'm really terrible but I love getting my hands busy in the kitchen. I mainly cook for myself...I don't think other people would eat my cooking.
