LA Hackathons Message Board › Thanks to the sponsors we can host 10 more attendees on May 12th!
This message board is read-only.
Hello Los Angeles Developers!
First off, our sponsor list now includes the famous project hosting company, Github! We're pleased and honored to have them involved in this event as a sponsor.
Second, thanks to all the sponsors (Spire.io, cars.com, Cartwheel Web, Heroku, and Github), we've managed to raise the number of attendees we can host to sixty (60). It might be a tight fit, but it's going to be a lot of incredible fun.
Third, also thanks to the sponsors we're covering breakfast as well. So show up early and get coding!
Fourth, if you're interested in being a sponsor for this event and getting your name up on the meetup description, please contact me at my email address below.
Enough news, a few reminders:
1. Equipment you need to bring
If you're wondering what you need to bring, please bring a functioning laptop and power cord. If you have one, bring a power strip too. Just keep in mind that neither the venue host, the sponsors, or the organizers are responsible for any of your stuff.
2. We will have a formal registration desk
The venue is going to be full. If you plan on showing up without registration, or are on the waiting list, unfortunately we won't be able to let you in. Which leads us to...
3. Confirm your RSVP!
Considering how packed this event is going to be, and that there are people on the waiting list, if you RSVP'd for the LA Open Source Sprint event this Saturday, and you can't make it, please take yourself off the RSVP list as soon as possible. Warning: People who RSVP as coming and then don't attend will get lower priority for getting off the waiting list at our next event.
See you on Saturday!
