In your own words describe your familiarity with Joomla

I have built several sites in Joomla, after having worked in WordPress and Drupal. I find Joomla to be a great mix of scalability and user-friendliness.

How do you use Web 2.0 in your work?

I have started with some CSS3 and currently am in training to build up my HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX and jQuery skills.

Do you run a business using the web as an important component?

Yes. I am a web development freelancer.

What would have to happen, for you to characterize your membership with us as "worthwhile" ?

Networking with other developers and learning new skills and getting new perspectives.

What's your favorite snack food or refreshing drink?

Chimichunga and a cold Pacifico.

I am a web developer since 1994, having built both static and dynamic sites in both ColdFusion and PHP, SQL Server and MySQL, in addition to working with all three major content management systems (WordPress, Joomla and Drupal).
