One year anniversary of Caine's Arcade Flashmob.
Go hangout at the OG Caine's Arcade in Boyle Heights.
RSVP for the event on their website:
The epicenter of the Global Cardboard Challenge will be at the original Caine's Arcade in the Boyle Heights neighborhood of Los Angeles, where dozens of kids will show off their games alongside "the Boss" himself, Caine Monroy.
Visitors can play games (with a $2 All Day Funpass!), win prizes, browse a Cardboard Art Gallerycurated by the Do ArT Foundation, and even participate in our attempt to set the record for the World's Longest 'Hi-Five' Parade!
The event is open to the public from 11am to 5pm, with the Parade at 3pm.
Three ways to participate
1) SHOW OFF YOUR GAME: If you are a kid or know a kid who'd like to exhibit their own game at Caine's Arcade on October 6th, please let us know! We also want to invite classrooms and youth groups who'd like to have their own space set aside at the event to show off the games they've made on their own or collaboratively.

2) VOLUNTEER TO HELP OUT AT THE CARDBOARD CHALLENGE: We're also assembling an awesome team of volunteers to help run the arcade and event. If you have the time and energy for a lot of fun, join our staff!

3) HELP SPREAD THE WORD! RSVP to come Play and Share this page with your friends via Facebook and Twitter, and let everyone know where you'll be on October 6th! For volunteer staff or game makers, space is limited, so please sign up soon!
