Experience meditation while sailing aboard a safe, commodious and beautiful sailboat, "Ineluctable Quiddity" (a quote of Paramahansa Yogananda inferring the inevitable return to essence). Experience inner stillness as inspired by silent sailing. The boat is a Cal 33. The pilot is an experienced commercial tall ship captain (redwitch.com) and former holistic healing practitioner in Big Sur (Esalen Institute), San Francisco and Chicago (andrewsadock.com). The group meets on the boat at the dock in Burton Chace Park. Parking is free and readily accessible. Following a 5-minute introduction to the vessel we set sail. We raise sail as soon as practicable. While sailing the engine is off. We sail in silence for one hour. Use your preferred meditation method. Or, if new to meditation, brief instruction is available. The boat comfortably accommodates six passengers (plus captain). This service is free (donations are accepted). PLEASE DO NOT SIGN-UP THEN NOT ATTEND A SAILING SESSION, AS SPACE IS EXCEPTIONALLY LIMITED. IF YOU ANTICIPATE THAT YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ATTEND, PLEASE GIVE 2-DAY NOTICE. Parking is free during week (unenforced). Park in Lot 77 on weekends -- 1 lot east of the park. Parking is $1/hour. Meet near large statue of mariner at wheel of ship (in the southwest corner of the park). Follow follow follow the sidewalk on south-side of park (on your left when entering park from street). The boat is docked near the sea bass conservatory -- a small structure down on the northwest dock. It is a sincere honor to present this service. Thank you, Andrew [masked] andrewsadock.com

Loved the experience of meditating on a breezy cool day. I had a great meditation! and Andrew was very nice and helpful. Can't wait to go again! If its cold or breezy outside, I would bring a blanket and warm hat, to keep the cold off. The boat is comfortable, and everyone was very nice. Thanks Andrew!

I'm so sorry I'm not there. I have been throwing up since yesterday so didn't think being on boat would be the best thing for me or anyone.
