LA Single Boomers Message Board › Real Estate Seminar
Sunday, March 13, 2011 10:30 AM
Location: Prospect Mortgage in the Sherman Oaks Galleria 15301 Ventura Blvd. #D300 Sherman Oaks, CA
When it comes to the topic of real estate, it seems like there is nothing but bad news about it. The media loves to hype negativity. If you ever considered owning or investing in real estate these are the best times to acquire it. After all, wouldn’t you rather buy real estate when the prices are down? Look what happened to the people who bought at the top of the market. Real estate is cyclical. Prices do fluctuate over the years, however, overall the home values do appreciate.
We are hosting a no pressure seminar / lesson on how mortgage approval works and how to get the credit score to work in your favor to get the best rates.
Lessons about mortgage will be thought by Mark Cavarretta of Prospect Mortgage. The lesson about credit will be thought by Fred Konigsbach of Keller Williams Realty.
Light breakfast will be served. Members who show up on time and pay close attention to the lesson will be entered into a raffle to win a $25.00 gift card.
We are asking you for consideration. Please RSVP only if you intend to show up. We don't want to have too much leftover food. This event is being cross promoted by several groups. We need a minimum of 15 people to attend. RSVPs need to be in by March 11th. RSVP to 818-584-1330
