TwoSides is a social debate platform that organizes discussions by viewpoint using an intuitive Twitter style interface that has lots of infographics. What this does is it breaks down complex issues into easily digestible chunks, so instead of spending hours researching every side of an issue, people can just come to TwoSides and get a fairly good understanding in just a few minutes. But we don't just stop there. Because TwoSides is all about viewpoints, we let you indicate what viewpoints you agree with and as you build up your profile of viewpoints, which are essentially your beliefs, we point you in the direction of like minded people. What sets this apart from any other social network is that common beliefs are a much better indicator of whether or not two people like me and you would connect than, say, mutual Facebook friends or Twitter followers.
Strategy. Looking to expand and gain traction but I could use help on how to achieve that. I have a plan laid out but I'm currently working full time and doing summer school so I need the extra help. Just doing things on my free time is not ideal in growing this platform.
Time oriented. Domain knowledge of the social media sector. Can pick things up pretty quickly. No formal background in business, political science major in university. Looking to get real world experience to supplement my lack of standardized education in the subject.
