Hi everyone,

This is a very short notice, but I really wanted to share it with you as it will surely satisfy your desire to learn authentic Indian cooking.  Ms. Noorani Burstein, renowned instructor known for her amazing food she cooks and teaches, will have a private class at her house this Saturday.  She has taught at Beverly Hills Adult School and other schools for long time.

Here's the menu:

-Mulligatawny (pink lentil) soup

-Chicken in a spicy tomato sauce

-Black rice with caramelized onions

-Baby eggplant with tamarind chutney

-Aamchur chickpeas (a tart and spicy dish)

-Sevayan kheer (Vermicelli cardamom, saffron dessert)

The class is from 2pm for about 4 hours including the time to eat the food)

Since this is at a private residence, I'll disclose the address only to the paid attendees.

To attend, please sign up with $65 prepayment by Paypal.

I'll email her address once I confirm the payment.

If you can't make it this time....

I'm planning to have her teach us at Surfas in the coming months.  She'll also keep teaching at her house monthly, so if you can't make it this time, don't get discouraged)

Interested?  Please let us know if you have any particular Indian dish(es) you'd like to learn!

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
