last dinner at my favorite french restaurant the night before it closed: tete de veau, and the whole works from the most delicious handmade pate to the mousse and cheese platter after. of course, paired with a wonderful red wine.
intermediate - no particular speciality; make lots of cassoulet type foods, but do enjoy cooking all types.
i have cooked and dined out at the most wonderful restaurants my whole life, so it's just a part of my life.
i enjoy eating different kinds of food--'ethnic food'--and would enjoy being with people who also enjoy this.
truly lovely venue, wonderful, and delightful company!
