anything ethnic, i suppose. don't care much for bland or fried foods. love some regional spice, local, healthy and artistic compositions!
any place where a different language is spoken! love to go places i haven't been before.
i think it would have to be in dijon, in a cave, as i recall- many years ago! altho i have grown quite fond of Pace in laurel canyon...
i've been cooking forever; i guess it would be advanced- no professional training, per se. i like to cook vegan, vegetarian; used to be on an indian kick(!), italian, etc., etc. i go in and out. don't use white flour at all anymore, altho i have been known to make a mean french toast with multigrain, instead of my usual sprouted whole wheats!

a friend suggested your group, it sounds wonderful! i love to dine out, cook, and experiment with colors, textures, fresh local foods, although i don't eat meat or fowl, and eat fish only occasionally.
