I am a bread-o-holic. I don't care where I am or what I order if there is good bread on the table with good butter or good oil I very often will eat the loaf of bread then end up taking my meal home for my dog. If I had my choice, there would be restaurants who serve bread and olives as an entree. Most memorable meal was the bread I ate at Chuck and Harolds in Palm Beach. I ordered the steak but ate a loaf of bread and about half a cup of oil. I was too full to eat my entree but I enjoyed it and rate it a 10.
I am a beginner as far as cooking. I would like to learn to use spices. I am also experiminting with tofu.
I want to learn to cook so I can learn more about other cultures and learn to appreciate our differences.
