Californian, Mexican, Italian, French, Indian especially dishes from Pondicherry.
I can't pick just one, but some of my favorite spots are: Napa, Cabo San Lucas, Big Sur, Aspen, Paris, New York
I've had many, but one of my first really memorable meals was made by a male roommate, a medical school drop out, when he made filet de boeuf stroganoff and chocolate mouse, from the Dione Lucas Cookbook.
Somewhere between intermediate and advanced. I don't really specialize in any one thing. I'm probably most knowledgeable in Mexican cuisine.
I love good food. My newest passion is farm to table cooking. Simple, organically grown local food is marvelous.
An opportunity to meet interesting people that want to cook together and love good food sounds great to me. I plan on going to France and Italy for a culinary adventure next year. This year I'm going to Mexico to relax and cook.
Lots of different types of people, all interested in good food and very nice.
