A complimentary meal with a friend of mine in Las Vegas (set up by my father) where we ran up the bill (with no alcohol) to over $100 in 1977!

As I mentioned earlier, I grew up in it, so I have a natural fascination with it, especially the arty end of it like desserts frequently look.

I grew up in wholesale foodservice distribution and spent a lot of time in kitchens talking to chefs.
