I would think intermediate. I cook everything I like, no boundary. Make more savoury dishes than desserts though.
I love preparing food for my loved ones, sharing the food with them and the process of devouring it (possibly not cleaning the dishes however). I do not have a very strong preference over cuisine but I do like simple light dishes as my partner prefers it. Occasionally I do make coq au vin, beef ragu and other more time-consuming dishes for the fun of it. Food reminds me of how beautiful life is.
There I had been looking for groups like this in LA! So few of my friends here understand my joy of cooking as well as eating, this is the perfect place for me.
