Chez Panesse. Several courses of olives & cherry tomato/cucumber and purslane salad, quail grilled over vine cuttings with red wine sauce and wild mushrooms, potato gratin. Paired with Alberino & Zinfandel. And a fig tart with thyme ice (s)cream!
Beg-intermediate. Pasta salads with veggies and fruit salads.
It began with an interest in eating more veggies and fruits. Then exploded with friends enjoying foods paired with wines.
