Goodness, it's so hard to choose! I love certain dishes from all cultures and regions, ranging from Malaysia to Senegal. I guess my top choices are Japanese, Filipino, and Middle Eastern or Mediterranean-style cooking.
Barcelona or Beijing
The omakase sushi at Sushi Sasabune was inhuman, and included: a lobster miso soup, raw albacore, butterfish, sea eel, ankimono, sea urchin, mirugai, oyster with cod roe and scallions, halibut sushi with fresh mint, salmon with kelp, and others...
Intermediate. I can do certain dishes from various regions well, from Italy to India, but my specialty is Filipino cooking (both sweet and savory dishes).
I love to explore cuisines from different cultures and cooking styles. This includes a love of dining out, cooking, reading food / restaurant reviews, magazines, and books, as well as watching cooking shows and taking cooking classes.
I love to cook and learn about cooking.
