OMG. how to choose. I think Bora Bora, and the French Riviera.
I actually catered a meal (my first and for a friend) for the vice-rez debates last week. Made pork loin in a blackberry balsamic sauce, a yellow rice/grains pilaf and green beans Caesar Salad. My most memorable would have to been any taken al fresco overlooking the Mediterrenean. You know, to tell the truth, the ambiance is as important as the food to me.
Intermediate, Id say, and I have no specialty. Love to read ten different versions of the same recipe, then put them all away and improvise.
I subscribe to Bon Appetit and used to get many others mags but it was getting out of hand... and now simply collect recipes in files which are now overflowing. It is definitely a creative outlet.
