Anyplace tropical for snorkeling.
It was in Rome at Costa Ballena, a seafood restaurant. It began with a buffet of antipasti, including razor clams. Then I had pasta alla vongole, swordfish involtini with spinach, gelato with fragolini and a cheese plate to die for...washed down with a bottle of Lacryma Christi. All by myself!
Intermediate. I have taken food and wine classes for years. The best was studying with Marcella Hazan at the French Culinary Institute in New York.
