Asian style cuisines (chinese, thai, japanese, etc), as well as various styles of BBQ, to mexican moles/tamales, Spanish tapas, etc. I like most cuisines ;)
All over the world, latest trip was to London & Barcelona. Anywhere with local cuisine to sample...
Wolvesden, small dinner party of 12 people, 13 courses, watching the cook prepare the dishes and all dishes were good...(but had to just nibble and take home after the half-point -- too much good food I wouldn't want to go to waste! ;))
I'd say maybe beginner/intermed -- but "specialty-wise" would probably be baked goods (cakes/cookies), stir-fry dishes, dumplings...
