French, North African, American
My father has a chalet in the pre-alps 64 km from Nice in France. So quiet, such good food, fresh air-my place to let go. I hope this doesn't sound too snobby-I honestly love that place.
Easy- at the the restaurant Le Pere Bise. By the edge of the Lac d'Annecy, cool summer breeze and the most amazing food from the bread to the creme brulee everything made my toes curl-my sign that what I'm tasting is good! Plus I was with my dad!
Honestly, I have no idea about my level. I am 42 and have been cooking since the age of 10. I love to cook what I love to eat so mostly south-eastern French food. I am looking for a Moraccan cous-cous recipe. I make one mean ratatouille!
As I said I've always been interested in food. At 10 I was making crepes for breakfast, at 20 I went to the Cordon Bleu for a course (total disaptment), and a few years ago I created and ran a Restaurant Club to try out new places around LA w friends
I love to eat so of course I love to cook! I'd really enjoy meeting like-minded people and exchanging ideas about good food in general. From what I read about your group, you all seem quite down-to earth and fun. Hope I can be a part of it all!
Everyone is down-to-earth and loves talking and learning about food. No previous experience necessary, just a passion for food!
