Chinese (all types) Fusion Japanese I love all types of food. I can think of a cuisine I don't at least like. As long as it's well prepared.
Any island with a beautiful beach.
15 years old, one of my teachers took a friend and I out for French food. It was one of the top French restaurants in Chicago at that time. Not coming from privalige, let alone the luxury of dining out, this experience was a revelation.
I'd say intermediate to advanced. I don't have a specialty per se, I just like to try new things.
I've loved to cook since childhood.
