Great event! I really enjoyed it. Thanks! Let's spread the word and get more people to help make this and the other 2 So Cal Code Camps even better! ( There is typically one at Cal State Fullerton iirc and UCSD ). I hope one day everyone in Tech here in So Cal has heard about So Ca Code Camp. Please help out by letting your friends know how much you enjoyed it this year.

My first one and I had a blast! Plus I learned a lot and came away with the answer I was looking for.
Thank you SoCal Camp and the .NET Developer Group for introducing me to the Camp.
Thanks also to Hattan for being such a good and inspirational speaker.

That's the same experience I had for my first and each one I have attended. Hattan and the crew did a great job. Definitely help us encourage more of your associates to join us next year and at the other camps.

I would have loved to volunteer!!! But you are hosting the same day as Tough Mudder San Diego!!! I'll keep an eye out for the next event, but you can certainly contact me to volunteer...I think that would be a great way to ease into the codecamps, to watch from the side lines first :)

We've got some really great speakers, a lot of the local favorites and experts, plus some new folks. We'll also have engineers that work on some big name products including members from the SignalR team, Ember JS Team and I'm trying to get someone from the Angular JS team to come down for the event.

Let me know if you have any feedback and ways we can improve SoCal Code Camp.

Hi Kathleen! Both days are really good. Definitely come which ever days you can! I have been to a number of them in the past, and it has always been one of the great local events I look forward to each year. ( Note, there is also one lined up for OC and San Diego at other times of the year. )

Are UX product designers welcome to this event or is it geared for developers only. Thanks in advance.

    November 5, 2013

    • Matti S

Great talk idea: How to understand and great more from your UX friends. ( often different groups do not understand each other well enough.. )

      November 5, 2013

    • Hattan

Hi Crystal , I'm one of the organizers of the event. UX Product Designers are most definitely welcome to both attend and give presentations at SoCal Code Camp. We have officially closed down session submission, but if you know anyone that wants to present, let me know and I'll try to get them in.

Does anybody know where can you park? Thanks

    November 5, 2013

    • Matti S

If you are driving by yourself, it maybe more cost effective to take the metro.

      November 5, 2013

    • Hattan

There will be parking on campus, it's $10 a day. I would recommend parking there. We updated the site with parking and location information

Should UX Product Designers attend this event or is it just for developers?

    November 3, 2013

    • Matti S

Hi Crystal, Please do come and join us. I would love to see this become a stronger and more established event for "silicon beach". Can you help pass out the word to your groups? Thanks! Matti
