hey, i have a random question. i want to make homemade butter. the ingredient requires good heavy cream. if it is straight from the farms, then that would be good. do you know of any farms that sells good but not expensive cream? thanks!

Yes, I was there with my husband. We bought some excellent cheese. Too bad they were sold out of the soap though. It was said to hear that the business is struggling. I think if he polished the tour a bit more he could charge more for them and have them more often. People from LA would be really into it if he advertised it more in the foodie circles.

Thanks, Mariette... It's been such a tough year w/mom moving here, for which I am grateful, but with working in LAUSD and being so involved in what's going on with our district, it's a bit much. I look forward to some sense of normalcy and having the opportunity to join in soon... I think I should really consider just quitting my job and not staying one more year... #wishful thinking... ;)
