Flag Football Practice/Pickup
GameWant to improve your Flag Football skills and knowledge? We meetup once a week to run routes, practice coverage, throw the ball and practice anything else you want to get better at doing. We sometimes also do cone drills. We have flags, footballs, cones, agility ladder and a resistance parachute. If there are enough people we do a pickup game.
