I am not sure of what to tell. Rather private as a person but most interests are very public (civics, politics, policy).
Across the board. For four years I worked on or was the prime author of the "California Liberal Quotient" so decided what was "liberal" over a broad list of issues.
Among those who are not political, too often. I think one way to judge how committed a person is to being informed is if they subscribe to a newspaper "of Record" (like the Los Angeles Times) ... and I do. And when do you ever walk a precinct?
Favorite? Depends on mood but Robin Williams never fails for comedy ... or the Daily Show. I like Charlie Rose and the PBS News Hour.
